Picking & Packing Labour Hire- vic, nsw, & qld

Looking for pick and pack labour hire in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane? Sipena Logistics supplies trained pickers and packers who work to your pick lists and packing standards, keeping order accuracy high even during peak periods.

Order accuracy matters more than speed alone, a fast picker who gets the wrong item costs you a return and an unhappy customer. Our crews are trained to pick against pick lists or handheld scanners, pack to your standard, and quality-check before dispatch, with the flexibility to scale up quickly for seasonal spikes.

HOW IT WORKS

A simple, four-step process from first call to sign-off.

BRIEF ON YOUR SYSTEM

We learn your pick list format, scanning system and packing standard before the first shift.

PICK TO ORDER

Crews pick stock accurately against orders, using handheld scanners or paper pick lists as required.

PACK & LABEL

Orders are packed, labelled and prepared for dispatch to your specification.

QUALITY CHECK

A final check against the order confirms accuracy before goods leave the warehouse.
